Claims Specialist Position

About the Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing claims processes from start to finish, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving claims efficiently while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Manage lodgment, analysis, and settlements of claims.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates via phone and email communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, applicants should possess:

  • A Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking.
  • Relevant experience within the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to claims management practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
