We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local community organizations, regional and state government agencies, and other community-minded organizations.

Your primary goal will be to generate opportunities for people with disabilities to access the best housing and services they need to live life to the fullest.

About You

We are looking for a leader who is driven by a passion for growth and development. You will have a sound understanding of the NDIS price guide and be able to complete schedule of support agreements and tenancy agreements with ease.

You will also have strong referral connections and local knowledge of the area, as well as excellent communication and engagement skills to build collaborative partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
