We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local community organizations, regional and state government agencies, and other community-minded organizations.
Your primary focus will be on generating opportunities for people with disabilities to access the best housing and services they need to live life to the fullest.
About YouWe are looking for a leader who is driven by a passion for growth and development. As a Community Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive business development and growth, while also making a real impact on the lives of our service users.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A sound understanding of the NDIS price guide and the ability to complete schedule of support agreements and tenancy agreements.
- Strong referral connections and local knowledge of the area.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills to build collaborative partnerships.
- The ability to identify opportunities and demonstrate community engagement experience.
- Well-developed stakeholder negotiation skills to deliver solutions that meet the needs of NDIS participants.
- Two years' experience in a similar role within a human services environment.
- An empathetic and positive approach to working with special people facing enormous challenges.
- The capacity to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Organizational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor workload, deadlines, and meet KPIs.
- The ability to implement and comply with relevant regulation, policies, and procedures.

- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation certificate.
- Your own vehicle and an unrestricted driving license.
- NDIS Orientation Module.
