Job Title: Patient Liaison Officer

This role plays a vital part in increasing revenue for the organisation. As a Patient Liaison Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service to staff and patients while ensuring all inpatients are assessed and classified based on their financial status.

  • Actively promote and market to encourage conversion of patients with private health insurance from non-chargeable to chargeable status.
  • Liaise with appropriate areas to ensure prompt collection of patient billing information to meet Revenue Department requirements.
