Job Title:

Patient Liaison Officer


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Patient Liaison Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a customer-focused service to staff and patients
  • Ensuring that all inpatients are assessed and classified with regard to their financial classification
  • Actively promoting and marketing to encourage conversion of patients with private health insurance from non-chargeable to chargeable status
  • Liaising with appropriate areas to ensure that patient billing information is obtained promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Have applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
