Patient Liaison Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Patient Liaison Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a customer-focused service to staff and patients
- Ensuring that all inpatients are assessed and classified with regard to their financial classification
- Actively promoting and marketing to encourage conversion of patients with private health insurance from non-chargeable to chargeable status
- Liaising with appropriate areas to ensure that patient billing information is obtained promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
