**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will provide operational support, scheduling, and customer service to the bulk liquids business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations support to the Supply Chain Manager ANZ
  • Ensure effective ordering and distribution of AdBlue for customers
  • Receive and process customer orders, complete contract reviews, and advise on any variations
  • Maintain customs and duties records for sales
  • Coordinate maintenance for Company owned distribution equipment
  • Assist in logistics management for contracted carriers
  • Prepare delivery requests and communicate with third party logistics providers
  • Process delivery requests promptly and accurately
  • Create, organize, and review credits for approval
  • Track sales data and work with the Commercial Team to gain repeat orders
  • Maintain pricing in SAP for the customer base
  • Inventory Management - Liaise with warehouses to ensure inventory integrity
  • Support the Commercial Team in day-to-day sales related matters
  • Monitor and control Sales orders for continuous workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales/service/operations role within the Fuel or Lubricant or bulk liquids market
  • Working experience with scheduling and milk runs
  • Working knowledge and experience in the chemical industry advantageous
  • Experience with SAP and MRP essential
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills, particularly Excel
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Digitally savvy, self-motivated, able to prioritise and take initiative
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
