Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Integrity Specialist to play a pivotal role in fostering integrity and ethical standards within the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS). This involves conducting impartial grievance reviews, chairing the Public Sector Appeals Board, delivering comprehensive training on recruitment practices and workplace behaviour, contributing to policy development that strengthens integrity, and providing guidance to agencies and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing complex reports, recommendations, and high-level correspondence for senior management
  • Delivering training on recruitment practices and workplace behaviour
