Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Specialist to join our team at Tenacity CX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing members regarding Private Insurance services, providing exceptional service experiences, and working towards weekly KPIs.
About the RoleThis is a full-time Monday to Friday role working on a rotating roster between 8am and 6pm. You will be working as part of a team of 10, with a split between outbound service calls and inbound service enquiries. Once you've completed training, this position will offer a flexible 50/50 split between working from home and in-office.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with new and existing members regarding Private Insurance services
- Have consultative conversations to understand and identify their needs
- Provide an exceptional service experience in each and every call
- Work towards weekly KPIs and maintain an updated database
- Ability to have consultative conversations and build strong relationships
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems
- Effective questioning and active listening skills are essential
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong customer focus are key
