Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supplier relationship professional to manage key partnerships, ensuring optimum claimant and client service.

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire supplier relationship process, conducting needs assessments, on-boarding suppliers, and providing training as needed.

A key responsibility will be monitoring and maintaining portfolio service delivery, including time, cost, quality, and customer service metrics. Additionally, the role involves managing supplier information records and databases, improving and maintaining supply agreements and tender documentation, and resolving contractual and supplier/customer disputes.

About You:

  • Sound knowledge of the insurance industry, claims lifecycle, and relevant legislative frameworks
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of property claims, building, contents, landlord, strata, and commercial
  • Experience in claims fulfilment management, with strong analytical, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Preferred experience and knowledge of Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Home Warranty Insurance and building rectification methods
