We're seeking a skilled Sales Enablement professional to drive the development of world-class enablement experiences that empower our teams to excel.
- About the Role
This role will focus on knowledge and content management, enablement communications, and learning support. Key responsibilities include:
- Knowledge & Content Management: Maintain a central platform for enablement content, conduct audits, implement best practices, partner with SMEs to create segment-specific resources, and ensure onboarding materials are complete and regularly updated.
- Sales Team Communications: Support an audience-specific enablement communications plan, build a consistent rhythm for sales updates, and partner with stakeholders to package platform changes and product updates into effective communications.
- Learning & Training Support: Assist in building role-based learning pathways aligned to core competencies and business needs, track and report on training engagement and completion metrics, coordinate accreditation processes, and help guide sellers through enablement journeys.
- Tools & Process Documentation: Collaborate on best practice guides and quick-start kits for tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, ensure documentation is clear and embedded in onboarding and ongoing training.
Key skills include 3+ years' experience in Sales Enablement or related fields, hands-on experience with content platforms, LMSs, and communication tools, strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with a bias for action, comfortable working cross-functionally, and a passion for empowering others and driving team performance.
