Job Overview

We invite applications for a 12-month fixed-term contract as Commercial Performance Manager.

Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, the primary objective will be to drive actions, initiatives, and solutions to continuously improve performance.

In close collaboration with the Commercial team, you will empower boutique teams, partners, and specialists with the expertise, tools, and support necessary to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences, drive commercial sales growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy dynamic Looker dashboards, providing visibility into key performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision making, and owning commercial data change management.
  • Streamline reporting incorporating a 360-degree view: across channels (Retail, Travel Retail, E-commerce, Watch Specialists, etc.), products, clients in collaboration with other departments involved (e.g., Marketing) to answer business needs.
  • Support business goals by tracking performance across all channels, reporting on key KPIs, and developing both strategic and actionable insights.
  • Analyze initiatives' results (e.g., incentives, VM/Marketing tactical push, etc.) vs. objectives on a frequent basis.
  • Calculate monthly commissions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Commercial acumen and analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and project management skills to drive projects forward and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Looker.

A strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
