Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for residential energy storage solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with solar retailers, installers, and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer customized energy storage solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide product training and support to partners and installers to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and materials.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and generate leads.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or a related field is preferred. Proven sales experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets is required. Strong understanding of the solar energy market and residential energy storage solutions is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage and persuade different stakeholders. Self-motivated and driven individuals who can work independently and as part of a team are ideal candidates. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Willingness to travel is required to meet clients and attend events.
