Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services to clients, ensuring seamless integration of renewable energy solutions.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Engineer, focusing on customer-centric tasks and technical support.

  • This role involves performing field service activities, collaborating with project teams during commissioning, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • You will also maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, prepare detailed analytical reports, and act as a technical advisor during customer meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification in Electrical Trade.
  • A valid A Grade NSW Electrical license is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in battery energy storage systems, renewable energy, power systems design, and communication networks is highly desirable.

Foster collaboration and teamwork by communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert guidance to customers.
