Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer staff and roster movements, ensuring adherence to EBA and business requirements.
  • Manage labour hire and overtime allocation, maintaining data integrity in systems.
  • Process shift changes, training, and leave, while reviewing supply and demand for operational staffing coverage.
  • Act as primary contact for staff queries related to published rosters.
  • Update systems to reflect accurate staff allocation and shifts.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the workforce planning team's allocation of resources.
  • Ensuring effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Providing regular feedback on allocation processes to highlight opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous workforce planning experience in a similar role with high volume.
  • Understanding of resource allocation and day of operations planning.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to model positive behaviours in the team.
  • Strong level of computer literacy skills.
