With a workforce of over 180 employees and a strong track record spanning more than two decades, they have built a reputation for excellence across cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
The company is currently undergoing an exciting phase of organisational transformation following a recent acquisition, which will expand its service offerings and strengthen its market position.
The Leaders
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be guided by a leader who brings a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for developing high-impact people solutions. Her leadership style is supportive and empowering, offering clear direction while encouraging initiative and innovation. You will also part of a small, collaborative HR team
The Opportunity
This newly created position offers the chance to shape and influence how workforce capability aligns with strategic business objectives. As the Talent & Workforce Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving effective talent acquisition strategies that ensure the timely and seamless hiring of high-quality candidates across the business, and projects with clients.
With a strong emphasis on forward planning, you will be responsible for identifying current and emerging skill gaps and implementing proactive solutions to build internal capacity. The role will require close collaboration with key business stakeholders to forecast talent needs and align workforce planning with organisational growth and project demands.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce plans, using forecasting to anticipate talent needs and address future skill requirements.
- Drive the recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to onboarding, ensuring a structured and timely hiring process.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure workforce initiatives are aligned with operational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines by engaging top-tier candidates and proactively addressing future resource demands.
- Champion a compelling candidate experience that reflects and strengthens the organisation's employer brand.
- Provide meaningful insights through the analysis of workforce trends and recruitment metrics to inform ongoing strategy refinement.
- Contribute to succession planning by identifying high-potential talent and supporting development pathways for key roles.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of managing security clearances for identified roles and staff.
About you
We are looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional with a background in workforce planning who is ready to step into a role with real strategic influence and scope for growth.
A naturally analytical and detail-focused approach, combined with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, will be key to success.
Additionally you will bring capability to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions that contribute to building a future-ready workforce
