We seek a passionate and purpose-driven individual with outstanding organisational and sales skills to join our team as a Hearing Health Advocate. If you are interested in helping people improve their hearing and quality of life, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and confirm appointments for clients using our online schedule tool
  • Determine client entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates
  • Follow up with existing clients to encourage renewal of maintenance programs
  • Perform hearing screening checks (full training provided)
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy or allied health
  • Experience working with older demographics preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Higher School Certificate or TAFE qualification
  • Computer literacy skills
