Full-Time Hearing Solutions Advocate

This role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives by providing hearing solutions to those in need.
As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for running hearing events nationally to reach individuals who require assistance.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a genuine desire to change lives, and a strong focus on relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with community groups, aged care facilities, pharmacies, and other stakeholders
- Booking a pipeline of hearing screening events
- Running events and screening individuals for signs of aidable loss
- Booking appointments for those at risk and conducting follow-up care calls
- Meting with local healthcare providers to educate them on solutions and raise awareness

Requirements:
- Proven sales background meeting or exceeding KPIs
