Job Title: Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Org. This role involves handling incoming calls and support requests from customers, providing training sessions to educate clients on product functionality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver world-class support to our clients. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, developing in-depth knowledge of our company's functionality, and staying up-to-date with new features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot support issues via email and phone.
  • Deliver training to new and existing clients.
  • Nurture existing client relationships by providing support and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Support the Onboarding and Implementation Team with the configuration of our product.
  • Occasionally travel for onsite customer training at properties.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our company's functionality.
  • Keep abreast of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Consider innovative ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Help integrate new joiners into the team through system training, advice, and guidance.
  • Attend product training and workshops to stay updated on product developments and grow personal knowledge.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with product support as required.
Requirements:

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
