Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support and Training Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Org. This role involves providing world-class support and training to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to clients.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to new and existing clients, educating them on the effective use of our products and services.
  • Nurture client relationships by providing ongoing support and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding and Implementation Team to configure our software for clients.
  • Travel occasionally for onsite customer training at properties, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company's functionality, staying up-to-date with new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide system training and guidance to new team members, helping them integrate into the team.
  • Participate in product training and workshops to stay current on product developments and expand personal knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to clients.
  • A customer-focused work ethic, with proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering positive outcomes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
