The Recruitment Org is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training and Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing world-class training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.
About the Role
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and support requests from customers, troubleshooting technical issues via email and phone, and delivering training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to new and existing clients, improving their understanding of our products and services.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients through exceptional support and communication.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding and Implementation Team to configure our products for clients and ensure seamless integration.
- Occasionally travel for onsite customer training at client locations.
- Stay up-to-date with new features, enhancements, and integrations, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, driving continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist in integrating new team members through system training, guidance, and mentorship.
- Prioritize cross-functional collaboration to provide comprehensive product support and drive business growth.
