Job Description

Lead a pivotal team in delivering high-quality, evidence-informed programs that support community resilience.

This role convenes State and Territory leadership of Resilience and Recovery teams, steering the direction and integration of subject matter expertise and program operations.

Champion the development of scalable recovery and resilience models, working collaboratively across internal teams and external partners to ensure long-term sustainability, influence, and sector leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budget forecasting, workforce planning, and delivery of training and capacity building in Recovery and Resilience.
  • Coordinate the Resilience & Recovery teams' input into the design team for delivery models, including tender responses and implementation.
  • Convene State and Territory leadership of Resilience and Recovery teams, steering the direction and integration of subject matter expertise and program operations.
