Senior Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Your expertise in disaster recovery, emergency management, and community resilience will drive strategic positioning growth and impact of Resilience and Recovery programming internally and externally.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as passion for climate change and community outcomes. You will lead budget forecasting, workforce planning, and delivery of training and capacity building in Recovery and Resilience across the country.
This pivotal role coordinates the Resilience & Recovery teams' input into the design team for delivery models. This includes tender responses and then leading the implementation and operational delivery.
