Wellbeing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead to join our team, responsible for developing and delivering wellbeing programs that promote individual and team resilience.

About the Role:

The Wellbeing Lead will be a strategic position within our People, Culture and Safety Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for making a positive difference in complex workplaces and will have a practical, people-centred approach.

  • The primary objective of this role is to design and deliver wellbeing programs, campaigns, and workshops that build resilience and address psychosocial hazards.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with Australia's OHS requirements.
  • Manage critical incident response approaches, providing support and guidance to employees affected by traumatic workplace events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver wellbeing programs to build resilience and address psychosocial hazards.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage critical incident response approaches.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in workplace wellbeing and mental health program development and implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of psychosocial risk management, workplace mental health, and critical incident response.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management or organisational psychology highly regarded.
