Sometimes your client will be having a bad day or traffic delays occur, but you know not to take this personally and can shake it off before your next client.Are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your manager for help.In addition, you will need:A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicleAn interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential).
