Home Care Leader Position

This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a Home Care Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care and customer service experiences.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills to motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. They will also possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive clinical experience in a similar role.

  • Lead the home care package service ensuring high-quality care delivery and consumer outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration among team members to drive business growth and continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote consumer directed care that upholds dignity and respect of consumers and their families.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive clinical experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, management and related skills, including negotiation and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in, and lead, an inter-disciplinary team and provide person-centred care.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Evidence of Influenza vaccinations.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
