As a Caregiver with Dovida, you'll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it's assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect, and understanding into their home.

We are a national company with a local approach - servicing all of the Illawarra-Shoalhaven region and surrounding areas.

Work locally and get paid higher than award rates, earning $41.33+ per hour with comprehensive training provided.

A flexible work schedule that allows you to work during the day, evening, overnight, or weekends, to suit your availability.

ABOUT YOU

  • Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
  • Must be located in the desired areas and willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area.
  • Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Happy to provide Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, and Transport services to clients.
  • Must have a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar, or relevant experience in support work.
