**About the Role**

The Program Capacity and Performance Manager will oversee PCYC's small to large scale multi-site core programs, working within a continuous improvement context. This role is responsible for managing multiple performance & financial reporting timelines across various funding streams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multiple projects and programs with competing deadlines and budgets.
  • Oversee PCYC service delivery platform working with Core Program Managers to support clubs and staff to meet youth and community needs.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3 years' experience in program management with a relevant post-secondary qualification.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing budgets.
  • Ability to travel across the state as required.

**Working Conditions**

Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
