Job Title: Lead UX and UI Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX and UI Designer to join our team at Macquarie. As a Lead UX and UI Designer, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our experience vision across our Personal Banking Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with our Director of Product to envision and deliver on our Personal Banking vision
* Work with other designers in your portfolio to ensure output is of high quality and consistent across our ecosystem
* Collaborate with Design Director, Designers, Directors of Product, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and Engineers to ensure our processes are efficient and mutually beneficial

Requirements:

* A minimum of 8 years experience in UX and UI or Product Design, with a proven track record of leading design projects to successful outcomes
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, most importantly Figma
* Experience conducting generative and evaluative research for digital products
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationalisation of design decisions to stakeholders
