About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Wealth Platform team in the Banking and Financial Services division. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the digital wealth features and offerings of our Adviser Online (AO) platform.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity that will allow you to work closely with our Design Lead and collaborate with product stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to define problem statements and advocate for users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine ideas and designs with customer validation and translate requirements into detailed journey maps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the final solution development to bring new features to market.
  • Conduct remote and in-person UX research and usability testing.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using an established Design System.
  • Work asynchronously with the team who work in different locations on different timezones.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX and UI Design either as an in-house or consulting capacity.
  • Proficient in developing high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using an established Design System.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with agile teams in the co-creation and implementation of digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.
