About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Wealth Platform team in the Banking and Financial Services division. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experience of our Adviser Online platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Design Lead and product stakeholders to define problem statements and advocate for users.
  • Refine ideas and designs with customer validation and translate requirements into detailed journey maps.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new features to market.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in UX and UI Design, either in-house or consulting capacity.
  • Proficient in developing high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using an established Design System.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with agile teams in the co-creation and implementation of digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Conduct remote and in-person UX research and usability testing.
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive own workflow and work asynchronously with the team.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.
