Melbourne & Olympic Parks is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Insights Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our venues and events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer research strategies to measure and track customer experience metrics.
- Analyse customer data and insights to inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Design and execute initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, advocacy, loyalty, and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of customer experience metrics and research methods.
