We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of our Connected Commerce strategy in Australia and New Zealand. As Digital Transformation Insights Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation to become a digital-first organization.
About the Role- This senior position is responsible for integrating, analyzing, interpreting, and liberating data related to digital commerce touchpoints into actionable insights.
- You will work closely with the sales team to develop an e-commerce channel strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in similar positions.
- At least 5 years' experience in category insights, CPG, digital agency, or strategic consulting roles.
- 3+ years of experience working in digital insights, with knowledge of digital analytics tools and platforms, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience assimilating extensive amounts of detailed data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration skills with retailer partners to drive results.
- eComm Insights & Acceleration: Develop and execute the Connected Commerce strategy for ANZ, driving customer-centric digital sales.
- Digital Performance Dashboards: Integrate retailer performance, shopper data, digital shelf performance, retail media performance, supply data etc.
- Power Internal Connectivity: Communicate insights to stakeholders including senior management, marketing teams, eCommerce and sales teams.
- Digital Pet Parent Journey: Build a deep understanding of the digital pet parent user journey using data to evolve our approach.
