Keilor Downs College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to lead our school community. As a Principal, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of the education of all students in a community through the deployment of resources provided by the Department and the school community.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of educational leadership, with experience in managing and developing teaching and learning programs, as well as a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive school culture. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive education program to all students, establishing and managing financial systems, and representing the Department in the school and local community.
The Principal will also be responsible for implementing decisions of the school council, contributing to system-wide activities, and managing and integrating the resources available to the school. You will be expected to work collaboratively with staff, students, and the community to develop, implement, and review school policies, programs, and operations.

Requirements:
- Provisional or full registration from the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
