The Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Ecologist to lead our ecological initiatives and provide technical expertise to guide projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ecological assessments and developing our growth strategy for the ecology workstream in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage medium and large-scale ecological assessment and management projects, including field survey programs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, government agencies, and fellow team members
  • Prepare and manage ecological impact assessments, including reports and presentations
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our consultancy firm
