About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Legal Adviser to join our team at Cenitex. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide authoritative legal advice on a broad range of legal and commercial issues affecting Cenitex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on Cenitex's IT procurements, including drafting and negotiating contract documentation.
  • Advise on legislative obligations and customer MOUs and proposals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to achieve their goals from a legal perspective and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic, risk-based legal advice to the executive and senior Cenitex staff on commercial contracting matters.
