About the Role:- Manage a caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a timely manner.
- Deliver essential speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each client's needs.
- Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing levels of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Recommend Assistive Technology to support clients with functional limitations and promote independence.
- Possess a positive, proactive attitude and mindset.
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to achieve lasting results.
- Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist.
- Current certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
