About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Frontline Hospitality SA & NT. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in our speciality section.

  • Assist the Executive Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
  • Manage health and safety protocols and supervise junior team members

  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all dishes
