With our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a nationwide fibre network.

About the Role
  • You'll work closely with site engineers to ensure artefact accuracy and validate subcontractor documentation.
  • Liaise with colleagues to submit variations and contract notices via client portals.
  • Raise and manage CRQs (Change Requests) to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Support SAP-based material ordering and inventory management for seamless operations.
  • Prepare completion status reports and daily updates to inform stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records for reconciliation and handover.

Your Background
  • A background in civil telco construction, especially on NBN or Telstra projects, is highly regarded.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate high-volume, time-critical environments effectively.
