Injury Management Leadership Position

Job Overview
The Team Leader Injury Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the injury management operations. This position requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to facilitate injury and workers compensation claims.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business divisions and support early intervention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, confidential case files and records.
- Serve as part of the Injury Management Operations Team and supervise a team of Injury Management Officers.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in diverse workforces and understanding of the TMF scheme.
- Proven leadership skills managing or leading teams of professionals in allied health or similar.
- Possess qualifications or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in injury management, rehabilitation, or workers compensation insurance.
