We are seeking an experienced Aboriginal practitioner to fill a key role in our team.
Job Description
We provide cultural and operational leadership to a small team responding to family violence. Our goal is to embed culturally safe practice, support our team to walk alongside Aboriginal families with care and respect.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide cultural leadership and guidance to your team members.
- Guide service delivery to ensure it meets the needs of our clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in family violence, child and family services or similar community roles.
- Deep cultural knowledge and a trauma-informed approach.
- Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and systems.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent lived/professional experience.
