Aboriginal Cultural Leadership Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to provide cultural leadership and guidance in family violence services, working with Aboriginal families with care and respect.
- Lead a small team responding to family violence and guide service delivery to ensure culturally safe practice.
- Support your team to walk alongside Aboriginal families, making a real difference in their lives.
About the Opportunities:
We're open to hearing from Aboriginal practitioners and leaders interested in other upcoming opportunities in VIC and NT.
- Make a real impact on the lives of Aboriginal women, children, and families.
- Access relocation support for interstate moves (where applicable).
- Choose your setting: regional community or metro-fringe hub.
Requirements:
- IDentify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
- Experience in family violence, child and family services, or similar community roles.
- Deep cultural knowledge and commitment to healing.
