We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist to join our fast-paced workshop team.
About the RoleThis part-time position offers flexibility to cover additional days when other staff are on leave. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations in our busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing customer inquiries and phone calls
- Booking vehicles and updating job schedules
- Handling invoices, quotes, and insurance documentation
- Filing, data entry, and general administrative support
- Assisting with workshop communications and job tracking
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, software a plus)
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We value industry experience, but it is not essential – we'll provide training to the right candidate.
Your Skills and ExperienceAs an ideal candidate, you have previous experience in an administrative or office support role. You possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and software.
You have a friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Industry experience is a plus, but we're committed to providing training to the right candidate.
