Workforce Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Workforce Transformation Expert. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement innovative workforce change strategies and engagement programs that enhance employee engagement and drive sustainable success.

Your expertise in people and culture partnering, workforce management, and capability planning will enable you to craft and implement effective solutions that meet the needs of our organisation.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic advice and coaching to key stakeholders, maintain a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and develop HR processes and policies.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will bring a collaborative mindset and a passion for empowering organisational leaders to effectively manage their teams.

About the Opportunity
