This role involves working on strategic planning, master planning, smart cities, urban policy projects, including international city development programs. As a senior member of the team, you will lead the Urban Planning and Design team from our Sydney office, focusing on strategic urban planning, urban design, master planning, and international city development in the Asia Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Urban Planning and Design team from our Sydney office, focusing on strategic urban planning, urban design, master planning, and international city development in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Collaborating with the Principal, Urban Planning and Design to manage and deliver high-quality technical services for Ramboll projects in Sydney, NSW, and the Asia Pacific region.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of postgraduate experience as a senior-level planner.
  • Preferably, consulting experience in an international firm.
  • Preferably, international project experience, such as in Southeast Asia.
  • Experience with statutory planning, environmental/social assessments, master planning, strategic planning, and smart cities.
  • Ability to work across various sectors, locations, and client markets.
  • Leadership skills and meticulous project management.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
