Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate customer liaison activities and enhance the overall customer journey.

This role will involve executing changes to customer and resource rosters, maintaining high standards of service, and managing financial packages for reporting and invoice management.

Our team members work varying shifts for operational purposes. The initial period is based in the office, Monday – Friday working between 6.30am – 6.30pm. After training/probation, you will rotate between shifts that are 6.30am – 2.30 pm and 10.30am – 6.30pm, with evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer liaison activities to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
  • Execute changes to customer and resource rosters as required within a short notice period.
  • Maintain high standards of service over time and across all services.
  • Enhance the overall customer journey through effective service contract management and financial package administration.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service or workforce scheduling environment.
  • Previous experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of industry award frameworks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage positively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within deadlines and changes in work priorities.
  • Strong data management skills to establish, refine, and manage customer data.
