Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service by coordinating customer liaison activities.

This involves executing changes to customer and resource rosters and appointments within a short notice period to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant industry awards and standards.

The successful applicant will enhance the overall customer journey, maintaining high standards of service over time and across all services. They will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to set up and execute service contracts, agreements, obtain necessary consents, and establish financial packages for reporting and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer liaison activities to deliver a positive and consistent customer experience.
  • Execute changes to customer and resource rosters and appointments within a short notice period.
  • Maintain high standards of service over time and across all services.
  • Set up and execute service contracts, agreements, and obtain necessary consents.
  • Establish robust and accurate data integrity and security.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer service or workforce scheduling teams.
  • Previous experience working with or maintaining customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage positively with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities within deadlines and changing work priorities.
  • Current and in-depth knowledge of pricing arrangements and support catalogues is an added advantage.
