This role is responsible for making a positive impact on customers from the very start. As an administrator, you will direct inquiries to the right area in a timely manner and provide support to your colleagues.
The successful candidate will find it easy to manage day-to-day tasks with strong organisational skills and time management. You will be competent using office software and have experience taking accurate queries by phone and working with customer relationship management systems.
As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will have a professional and friendly demeanor, even when dealing with a wide range of people which can sometimes be challenging.
We work collaboratively as a team to assist customers into quality employment opportunities.
- Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy;
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Have experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role dealing with diverse members of the public;
- Prove your ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations;
- Demonstrate your ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups;
- Awareness of the Employment Services industry and ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable).
You will also be required to possess intermediate to high-level administrative skills, including the ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
