You'll keep them informed, supported, and confident from the moment they sign up through to the start of construction.This is not a call centre role -you'll beproviding a more personalised and hands-on experience, working closely with both customers and internal teams.Your key responsibilities will include:Keeping customers updated every step of the way with regular check-ins and clear communicationWorking closely with internal teams to solve customer queries quickly and effectivelyProcessing and tracking documents and communications to ensure timely action and proper record keepingDemonstrating genuine care for the customer experience and contributing to its ongoing improvementSupporting your team to meet shared goals and KPIs\Who We're Looking ForIfyou're a great communicator who loves helping people, we'd love to hear from you
