About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Culture & Inclusion to lead our organization's transformational journey to a high-performing culture. This role will drive strategic initiatives that connect our people to purpose, enable and empower them to deliver for our clients, and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of organizational development initiatives that drive culture transformation and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the Inclusion & Diversity function to drive change towards a more inclusive culture, where all feel valued, respected, and a sense of belonging.
  • Develop and implement people strategies, organizational development, and culture transformation projects and programs.
  • Manage multiple enterprise-wide projects, change initiatives, and operational budgets concurrently in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Lead or support strategic organizational redesign, including employee experience design, human-centered design, and lean practices.
  • Effectively engage stakeholders at a senior/executive level, communicate, negotiate, and influence change.
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience in organizational development, culture, and leadership.
  • Significant experience leading teams, developing, coaching, and mentoring individuals, and leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of people strategies, organizational development, and culture transformation-related projects and programs.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise-wide projects, change initiatives, and operational budgets concurrently in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting strategic organizational redesign, including employee experience design, human-centered design, and lean practices.
  • Proven capability in effective stakeholder engagement at a senior/executive level, with ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence change.
