Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of organizational development strategies to drive culture transformation and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the Inclusion and Diversity function to drive change towards a more inclusive culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver strategic initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of culture transformation initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in organizational development, culture, and leadership.
  • Significant experience leading teams and developing, coaching, and mentoring individuals.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise-wide projects, change initiatives, and operational budgets concurrently in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting strategic organizational redesign, including employee experience design, human-centered design, and lean practices.
  • Proven capability in effective stakeholder engagement at a senior/executive level, with ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence change.
